Yes. All business sites and blogs need a Terms of Service, Disclosure, and Disclaimer Policy. You can find online templates or hire a lawyer to create one customized to your business.
What is the Difference Between WordPress.com and WordPress.org?
WordPress is a software. This software is the same on .com and .org. The difference between the two is where you host (or house) your website. When you use WordPress.com you are using their host (house). When you use WordPress.org, you are using your own host (house) which you pay for via a hosting company like MomWebs or WPEngine.

An autoresponder is an email marketing tool. Auto - automatically send emails to a group on your list. What if I Want to Cancel?
You may cancel a one-off service within three days after the contract is signed. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paypal. You can cancel anytime through your Paypal dashboard. Services will still be provided until the billing cycle has ended. Retainers are billed according to blocks of time [5, 10, 15, 20] and paid in full before work is done. Cancellations are provided within the first 3 days after the contract is signed. Please read my terms of service including payment and cancellation policies.
What is Your Refund Policy?
My ambition is to see you at your best. To this end, I have set up a process which includes a strategy call, a proposal, and finally a contract. This is to ensure that your project is completed to your specifications and timeline. As written in the contract, you have 3-days to cancel and receive 70% of your investment back on all orders (one-off service, subscription, or retainer). Any work done during those three days will be sent to you.
