Giveaway and Contests
From time to time saraduggan.me will host giveaways. These are run via a random selector Rafflecopter. Your email address is collected so that we can contact you if/when you win. You will NOT be subscribed to emails and your email will only be used for the purpose of contacting you for the specific giveaway you entered.
As a participant in giveaways and contests, you agree NOT to hold Sara Duggan saraduggan.me responsible for any negative results as part of receiving the prizes or using the prizes. You agree to act responsibly and use prizes as instructed by the manufacturer.
You also agree to hold harmless Sara Duggan saraduggan.me for any damage to prizes caused by weather, shipping or any other event that otherwise destroys or inhibits your use of the prizes.
Sara Duggan saraduggan.me will ship prizes to USA residents only - as all giveaways hosted are for USA residents only. You are responsible for reporting the full value of the prize to the IRS on your taxes. See your accountant or tax preparer for details.
Rafflecopter is the random generator and contest application that is used. If the first name chosen as the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours via email (given via Rafflecopter), saraduggan.me will re-submit for a new winner. This will be repeated until a claimed prize winner contacts us.

Payment is accepted via Paypal (includes credit cards)
Shipping of Electronic Items
Shipping is electronic. You will receive electronic products via email with a special download link which expires after 5 uses or 72 hours whichever comes first.
Refunds
If you find an ebook is just not what you were looking for, even after reading the description, please do let me know. I will refund your money up to 2 weeks after purchase.
Services provided by Sara Duggan (virtual admin) are refunded as follows:
- Retainers are refunded at 75% of total cost within 72 hours of cancellation.
- Subscriptions (due to the nature of the service) are NOT refundable and all cancellations are handled through Paypal. You will receive product/service until the end of the billing cycle and will not be charged additional monthly fees if canceled properly through Paypal. Please let me know if you need assistance.
- hourly rates and/or project packages are NOT refundable.

We are also not responsible for any negative results you may have from trying these ideas out.
