Monday Motivation Quotes to Help You Focus
This morning as I started my week, I woke up to no internet access. I tried resetting the modem with no luck. After a few calls to the cable guy, I finally secured an appointment.
Problem: Dead battery on a modem they no longer service
Solution: Buy another modem and setup a new network
How did I let this little inconvenience affect my daily responsibilities?
First, I notified my clients of the challenge I was facing and proceeded to complete any assignment I could with pen and paper. Second, I brainstormed alternative ways to access the internet in case this happens again. Finally, I added my actionable and realistic alternatives to my business goals.
It’s almost 4PM as I’m writing this post. I haven’t started my morning routine yet. I see it right next to me calling me to ‘complete’ it, which I will do once this post is published.
Here’s something that may surprise some, I get anxious and irritated when things don’t go as planned. Today is a stepping stone for me as I didn’t experience those emotions. I was pleasantly calm for a change. I’d like to believe that it means that I am growing in this area.

Alicia, thank you for stopping by and for sharing my post in your FB-group. ^_^ I enjoy quotes ALOT! A few years ago I came across Pablo by Buffer and started using it for clients because it’s quick and simple.

Hi, Linda. Thank you for visiting me via Alici’s group. I Love her and all she does for the V.Admin. community. Pablo is so simple and a super quick way to make a quote graphic. My clients enjoy its simplicity. Thank you too, for the encouragement in how I handled the situation. I guess now that I’m older, I don’t panic as much. I’ve seen too many ‘problems’ and survived to really let myself worry too much. (At least this is what I hope.)
