Wouldn’t it be nice if fairies magically deposited money into your bank account? Sign me Up, right?

Sadly, it doesn’t happen and if it does, let me know the secret.
For the last week, I’ve been deep into learning how to sell without selling. What? Yup, you read that right.
Impossible, right?
That’s what I thought when I first read the email from my friend Angela.
She’s teaching a new course, Natural Affiliate Marketing. No, don’t run away, you’re going to want to read the rest.
You’re either good at affiliate marketing or bad at it. If you’re bad, you might be the person your friends run from when they see you.
For the most part, my experience with affiliate marketing has been high impact, in your face, selling tactics that make me want to stay as far away as possible (and that’s just me). You know what I’m saying.
But, a few people do it well. You know the type. You meet them or read an email or blog post that has you laughing or feeling like this person knows me. It’s like she’s reading my mind.
Wait, is there a hidden camera?
Seriously, though. I knew taking a course with Angela was going to be action filled and I was right. Each day this week she’s had us do homework.

Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far:
First, we make a list of 25 products that we currently use.
Second, we researched these products and affiliate programs associated with them.
Third, we made a spreadsheet of all the accounts and commissions and affiliate links. (This took a lot of time.)
Fourth, we registered a unique domain name to help share our links. If you’ve done affiliate marketing, you know that some of the links are crazy long and hard to remember.
Finally, we’re sharing our link (one product/service) five times. (this is my second)
Not only do we get lessons, we get personal coaching from her in our Facebook group. Let me just say, Angela is very hands on. When she says she’s active and open to answering your questions, she is.
Ask yourself…
- Have you ever found a tool that helps someone (or yourself) do something?
- Have you ever fallen in LOVE with a product or program or person creating them?
- Have you ever thought you’d really, really, really, like passive income?
Note: Passive income doesn’t mean magical fairies will drop money in your bank account. Sad, I know.
If you answered yes, to any of the above, then Natural Affiliate Marketing is for you.
NATURAL Affiliate Marketing is group coaching and training from Angela. We have 33 people taking the course right now.
Angela is coaching people right inside Facebook (makes for FAST responses and detailed answers) for a full thirty days and after tonight we will be almost a week in.
It’s NOT too late to join if you join now before she shuts the doors to new registration.
I’m not going to mislead you, this is a lot of work.
She is challenging me and my comfort zone. Look, I’m writing this post as part of a homework assignment.
Lots of ugly, negative thoughts and judgmental voices are flying through my head, BUT, I’m still doing it. Why? because I’m tired.
I’m tired of having my boys struggle because I’m too shy to share my skills or knowledge.
I’m tired of apologizing when I share something that I know will help you.
I’m tired of feeling guilty for selling my skills or tools to financially support my family.
I’m tired of being afraid of money.
I’m just tired.
I deserve a good life.
I deserve to live life and be happy doing it.
I deserve to stop struggling, to stop worrying about where the rent is coming from or if I can pay this quarter’s tuition.
AND, my boys deserve a mom that is not depressed or worried about money all the time.
And you know what? You do too.
I realize this is very different from my normal posts, but maybe I need to change the way I write.
Maybe, it’s time I share the ME that is struggling, the ME that is human, the ME that cries at night because I’m so disappointed in myself.
If I look like a fool doing so, it doesn’t matter as long as you see that it doesn’t have to be that way. I’ll prove it to YOU.
If you’re truly and honestly tired of struggling AND willing to commit to this one thing and COMPLETE it, I invite you to hop on board by signing up here.
Angela gave me a coupon code for you too. Use benatural to Save 35% Expired
I hope you do.

I like your list of “I’m tireds,” This could make a great manifesto-style image! And great title and reminder that selling is okay and can be authentic.
Suzi, I’ve come to the point in my life where I truly am tired. I wish I had this “tired” fighting spirit in me early, but midlife still gives me a bit of time to live fully, right? It’s silly to feel bad about selling (making a living) if you’re selling good products/services ethically.
P.S. Thanks for the Manifesto image idea ^_^

I fall into the category of people who are bad at affiliate marketing. However, you made it seem plausible.
Beth, I’d categorize myself as “bad” at it too. This course is really opening up my perspective though. As with anything, practice makes progress, so if you keep at it, you too will improve. ^_^

Sara thanks so much for the totally open and honest review! You know it’s so key that we do share things this way… it’s how people relate to us. They don’t want to be SOLD to, they want to just know what you’re up to, what’s working for you… good for you for really GETTING IT!
Love the image of Rachael running away… that’s so true of those who push, push, push products like you have to buy it or you’ll die without it. Nope, not me. Not fun… and it’s GOTTA be fun 😉
Hi, Angela. I’m really enjoying the course. Yes, Rachel running is how I feel sometimes but it doesn’t have to be that way. I think the biggest thing for me is changing my mindset about it. You’ve helped me see it as a way to help my clients as a natural extension of what I do every day. For me, this is important. FUN is a must.
Love this post, Sara. One of my favorite things about affiliate marketing is that it CAN be natural, and not pushy hard sales-y.
And, you do deserve that. <3
Aww, thanks Michelle. It really can be a natural extension of helping your clients. I’m enjoying the course a lot.
