Grow your Facebook group with PLR content.
Having a steady supply of content at your ready makes it easy to keep your members thirst for information (and entertainment) at bay.
I’ve had a number of Facebook groups but the one thing I struggle with is consistency.
I don’t know how to build community.
I push out information but my social skills are lacking.
Because I lack conversation skills, I decided to use what I know best, content.
Grow Your Facebook Group: Supply Lots of Content
I picked up some content from one of my favorite suppliers and went to work.
I transformed it into an eBook and a free training.
Next, I want to dissect the eBook to make short lessons and social graphics.
The questions that came up in the training will now be used to try and start conversations.
I think using video (Live) can help grow the community, what do you think?
I took this video marketing quiz to see how I can leverage video to grow my list. I think I can use the same concepts to grow my Facebook group.

What If My Group is Small?
Okay, so my group is fairly new, we’re only 14 members strong.
But I know I can grow that number.
Katherine Sullivan of Marketing Solved shares her top-secret converting strategy is to set a redirect from webinars to your Facebook group. This way once they’re learned from you they can join you for more great training.
Do you think redirecting your webinar traffic to your Facebook group encourages attendees to join your community?
I’m certainly going to give it a try. I’ve also added and invite along with some messages to my autoresponder.
Grow Your Facebook Group: Solve Their Problems
Recently, I welcomed a new member to the group.
When I do this, I take a look at their profile.
I view their blog to try to see what they’re goal or dream is.
Finally, I personally welcome them encouraging them to share what frustrates them about creating content.
She struggles with getting traffic to her site.
Even though the group is about “content for bloggers“, promoting that content is part of it.
So, I’m putting together a series of content promotion techniques that work for me.
I can grab quick tips from PLR content like:
- 41 Social Media Tips
