I’m blogging on my personal blog today. Hope you are blessed. #YOUARELOVED
I’m going to give you a bird’s eye-view (a giant bird) of the process I use with clients who are serious about growing their business (or blog). They realize they need help and although they are apprehensive, they do the work necessary to implement systems to take them to their destination.

Once you’ve set up a discovery call and I understand where you are at, I set up a Brainstorming Session. This is more detailed and helps me develop your work proposal. Here are questions you’ll be asked: (answers are my own)
What is your BIG GOAL?
In every area of my life, I want the freedom to be ME where ever I’m needed.
What type of goal is this?
This is a personal, financial, and spiritual goal.
What does this look like for you?
I’m confident in my role in this world, in my family, and in my freelance business. Ultimately it means I’m taking the time to care for my body, my wise mind, my mental health, and my spiritual self. I spend stress-free, quality time with my husband and try to be relevant in my boy’s lives.
I am bold and respect my clients by not hiding behind the excuses of “I’m an introvert, shy or scared”. By being honest with myself, my clients, and my family, everyone benefits.
I may need to start slowly and at a lower wage than I’d like, but this season will pass. I will learn what clients I enjoy serving as well as what projects give me the most satisfaction.
I check-in with myself monthly, mapping out goals or adjusting them in order to reach them within a realistic time period. I am well-rested and not over-worked. I earn income by sharing the doing what I’m good at (behind-the-scenes work) so my clients can earn more money, stress less, close more deals or book more calls. Every once in a while, you need to remind yourself why you’re doing what you are doing. You have dreams, goals, and desires. I encourage you today to allow yourself to celebrate these.
#FridayFeeling is a hashtag on Twitter. As I search for various memes to participate in, for my clients as well as myself, I scroll through to get a “feel” for what emotion or purpose it has. This particular one is all about celebrating the fact that you made it through the week and accomplished your goals. It’s now time to kick back, have a glass of wine, and enjoy.

My goal for this week was quite a bold one. I set an intention on Monday to connect with 24 people. My mission was to get them on a call to chat about how an assistant can help them grow their business or alleviate overwhelm.
My results? I connected with 9 out of 24 which is great in my book especially since I have an unreasonable fear of telephone calls. From those 9 I signed two contracts. Yay, me!

I desire to be better (health) today than I was yesterday. To me, this means pushing myself to go outside and walk, telling my stinking thinking to move along as it’s no longer welcome, AND to reduce salt and sugar in my diet. I’d also love it if I could get into exploring this beautiful world again.

Many, including myself, let their dreams die or go into hiding for fear that they won’t be reached. I challenge you to find your dream, bring it out of storage, and pursue it. Anything is possible, believe it!

What did you accomplish this week? What dreams are hiding out in storage?

Today I want to give a huge shout out to the clients that trust me with their businesses. I started this journey in August of 2015 unsure if this was going to succeed. I’ve been blessed from day one with clients who challenge me, trust me, encourage me, and rely on me to help their businesses run smoothly.
In March, I reached out to a business owner who I admire and who I’ve actually taken courses with. I learned WordPress Design and Graphic Design from her.
I was stuck and hiding behind my screen and needed a push or shove ^_^. In exchange for her excellent coaching, I was her intern. During this time I was able to learn about the backend of Amember membership sites.

One of my first clients is a positivity coach. Without her, I’m not really sure I would have had the courage to come this far. What started out as one project, to get her Aweber autoresponder set up, blossomed into a lovely relationship.

Another valued client I was honored to work with is actually someone I interned with back in 2010. This is what she had to say for a project I worked with her on.

Another client that I’ve had the pleasure to work with is very supportive of my virtual assistant journey. He is one of those clients that service professionals enjoy. You may not be aware of this, but I enjoy questions. Questions help us communicate and enlightens all parties. This is where this client shines - Communication.

The variety of clients I work with challenge me to go beyond what I think I am capable of. This was the case for this next client. She is a health coach and I had to put myself into her position. She was very organized and provided a lot of great information which made my job that much easier

More recently I had the pleasure of working with a Young Adult Author. She’s excited about the release of her new book (as am I). I helped her with a Twitter marketing plan as well as a Blog brainstorming plan. She even publically acknowledged me on Twitter which made my day.

There are more like this but I’ll stop here. This wasn’t to toot my own horn per se but really to thank the clients that have encouraged and supported my efforts in this journey to financial and self-employment freedom.
Your Turn: Who supported you when you started? Do you have customers or clients you want to thank publically? I challenge you to honor then with an email or a post like this.

Prior to February, I did not have analytics installed on this site so I have no starting base. These are current as of 2/29/2016:

Conclusion:
February was not as good as I would have liked in the conversion area, but I’ll fix that in March. When I get backed up with clients, promotion tends to be the first to go.
My solution to this is to schedule more automatically, add it to my email signature and to the forum signature files.
March will be another busy month so I will need to come up with a promotion schedule that fits in with this.
My goals for March:
